Our Contracted Services
Supreme Works FSMC, LLC provides food service management and government contracting services to eligible organizations operating child nutrition programs, public meal programs, and other food service-related operations.
We work with contracting entities through proper procurement, approved bids, and executed contracts. Our goal is to help organizations operate efficient, organized, compliant, and high-quality meal service programs.
TDA Food Service Management Company Services
Supreme Works provides food service management support to eligible organizations operating approved meal programs.
Our FSMC services may include meal preparation support, delivery coordination, menu planning, meal service operations, documentation support, procurement coordination, inventory support, and compliance readiness support, depending on the approved contract scope.
Food Service Operations Support
We support meal preparation, meal service coordination, delivery coordination, inventory tracking, and day-to-day food service operations as allowed by the approved contract.
Menu Planning and Meal Pattern Support
We assist with developing reimbursable menus aligned with applicable USDA meal pattern requirements for the program being served.
Food Ordering and Vendor Coordination
We support food ordering, delivery tracking, product availability, milk coordination, and communication with food and supply vendors.
Production Records and Documentation Support
We assist with production records, meal documentation, delivery records, invoices, and organized files for review readiness.
Meal Counts and Participation Data Support
We support meal count systems, attendance reconciliation, participation documentation, and reporting to the contracting entity.
Compliance and Audit Readiness Support
We help organize documentation, review required records, support corrective action preparation, and strengthen program readiness for administrative reviews or audits.
Staff Training and Program Support
We provide support and training related to meal service procedures, documentation, food safety practices, and program expectations based on the approved scope of work.

Supreme Works responds to solicitations only through the applicable procurement process.
For TDA-regulated FSMC contracts, contracting entities are responsible for following TDA/USDA procurement requirements, using required templates when applicable, maintaining full and open competition, evaluating proposals independently, and obtaining required approvals.
Supreme Works does not prepare, write, influence, or develop solicitations for which it intends to submit a proposal.
Contracted services are provided only through applicable procurement, bid, contract, approval, and program requirements.
