SERVICES WE OFFER

  • FULL-SERVICE FOOD PROCUREMENT & OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

When awarded a contract under TDA procurement requirements, Supreme Works manages your food ordering, vendor coordination, and meal component compliance as part of our comprehensive Food Service Management services.

We oversee procurement, delivery tracking, and component verification in alignment with TDA and USDA regulations — helping ensure required meal components are available prior to service while protecting your program from disallowances and operational disruptions.

  • FOOD ORDERING AND DELIVERY COORDINATION

Supreme Works order CACFP credible foods for your food program, using proven experience with required meal components (Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, Supper). Supreme Works track orders from placement through delivery and follow up to help ensure milk and key items arrive before meal service to eliminate disallowances.

    CACFP COMPLIANT MENU PLANNING

Supreme Works creates credible, compliant menus to reduce findings, disallowances, and last minute monthly claim corrections before submitting to your Sponsor for a valid claim.

    COMPLIANCE PROTECTION AND AUDIT READINESS

Supreme Works helps protect your program by supporting ongoing CACFP compliance and audit readiness. We assist with documentation, monitoring, and record organization to reduce findings, disallowances, and corrective actions during reviews and audits.

    MENU PRODUCTION REPORT (MPR) SUPPORT

Supreme Works creates credible, compliant menus to reduce findings, disallowances, and last minute monthly claim corrections before submitting to your Sponsor for a valid claim.

SIGN-IN AND SIGN-OUT, MEAL COUNTS, AND ATTENDANCE

Supreme Works review and reconcile daily logs by correcting incomplete rosters, unclear time entries, duplicates, missing totals and signatures, late or backdated entries, and mismatches between sign in sheets, meal count records, attendance, and participation documentation.

COMPLIANCE SUPPORT: PARTICIPATION ENROLLMENT FORM GUIDANCE

Supreme Works help ensure participation forms are complete, accurate, and current by verifying required fields and signatures, eligibility or enrollment documentation, renewals and updates, add and drop changes, and alignment with attendance and meal counts for sponsor or TDA review.

    COMPLIANCE READY DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT

Supreme Works maintain clean, accurate CACFP records by entering data, organizing, and formatting documentation to align with program requirements. Your staff spends less time on paperwork and more time on daily operations.

Supreme Works Incorporated — Nonprofit CACFP Meals

Supreme Works Incorporated is a nonprofit organization that supports children and families by providing free afterschool meals through CACFP.

This work is mission-based and focused on community meal access, child nutrition, and support for families.

Through our nonprofit program, we partner with eligible sites to help children receive meals in safe and supportive afterschool environments.

Supreme Works FSMC, LLC — Food Service Management & Government Contracting

Supreme Works FSMC, LLC is our separate contracting service area that provides food service management, meal operations, nutrition program support, and government contracting services.

These services are provided through approved procurement channels, bids, contracts, Texas SmartBuy/ESBD opportunities, CMBL notifications, and applicable TDA/USDA requirements.

Why the Separation Matters

Supreme Works serves communities in more than one way, but each service area has its own purpose.

The nonprofit program focuses on free afterschool meals for children.

The FSMC and government contracting side focuses on contracted food service management and public procurement opportunities.

This separation helps families, community partners, schools, centers, government agencies, and contracting entities clearly understand which Supreme Works service they are contacting.
