We are an approved Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Food Service Management Company and Vendor that ensures equitable access to nutritious meals by providing compliant, efficient, and accountable food service management for federally and state-funded meal programs. We partner with Texas wide school districts (National School Lunch Program (NSLP)), childcare centers, adult-daycare centers, shelters, At-Risk Afterschool programs and community organizations to deliver high-quality meal services that meet regulatory standards while supporting the health and well-being of children and families.

School Districts

When awarded a contract under TDA procurement requirements, we operate your Texas Department of Agriculture approved National School Lunch Program as your food service management partner, managing day to day operations along with administrative support in alignment with TDA and USDA requirements so your district stays compliant, efficient, and student focused.

Childcare Centers, Adult Daycare Centers, Shelters, and Community Centers
When your team is stretched thin, we take the paperwork and back office workload off your plate so your staff can stay focused on participants and daily meal services. All services are support only. Sponsor retains final approval authority for monitoring reviews, menus, records acceptance, corrective actions, and claim submission.

Food ordering and delivery coordination

Supreme Works order CACFP credible foods for your food program, using proven experience with required meal components (Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, Supper). Supreme Works track orders from placement through delivery and follow up to help ensure milk and key items arrive before meal service to eliminate disallowances.

Supreme Works creates credible, compliant menus to reduce findings, disallowances, and last minute monthly claim corrections before submitting to your Sponsor for a valid claim

Compliance protection and audit readiness

Menu Production Record (MPR) support

Supreme Works help correct and strengthen MPRs by addressing missing or incorrect components and portions, meal count mismatches, non creditable items, missing CN labels or formulation statements, incomplete fields, calculation issues, undocumented substitutions, missing backup documentation, and inconsistencies across menus, attendance, and delivery records.

Supreme Works review and reconcile daily logs by correcting incomplete rosters, unclear time entries, duplicates, missing totals and signatures, late or backdated entries, and mismatches between sign in sheets, meal count records, attendance, and participation documentation.

Compliance Support: Participation Enrollment Form Guidance

Supreme Works help ensure participation forms are complete, accurate, and current by verifying required fields and signatures, eligibility or enrollment documentation, renewals and updates, add and drop changes, and alignment with attendance and meal counts for sponsor or TDA review.

Five Components On a Plate

We plan and serve meals that meet USDA meal pattern standards. That means every meal is built with the five required components: Grain, Meat or Meat Alternate, Fruit, Vegetable, and Milk—so children and consistently receive balanced, reimbursable meals. Each component plays a role in real life energy and focus: grains fuel the day, protein supports strong bodies, fruits and vegetables provide vitamins that support immunity, and milk adds key nutrients for healthy growth. Together, they support learning, development, and overall well being, one compliant plate at a time.
